Windows 8 dont work with ace/openvpn
Well as the subject says...when i installed openvpn and put in my key normaly it works, i mean at least on Windows 7 and even on Debian.
Just upgraded win7 to a clean 8 and acevpn doesnt work anymore. Testsubjects are a pc and a laptop. Pc is multiboot and when i switch to windows seven ace works like a charm and back to eight i doesnt. 'Funny' thing is that at the right bottom of the screen at the openvpg gui it gives the green light so i looks like its connected...it also says its connected but it is not. Clear my browser or change the browser does not work so it must be a windows 8 specific thing. All 'savety' is disabled...no uac, no firewall, no defender, no smartscreen...nothing of that crap. Anybody got a clue why 8 doesnt want to play with ace?
